We want you to love your KOV COFFEE purchase. If you don't, you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:

Item must be unused and in original packaging

Must include all accessories and parts

Proof of purchase (order number) required
Non-refundable items:

Gift cards

Final sale / clearance items (clearly marked)

Products damaged by misuse
How to Request a Refund

Fill out our support form within 30 days of delivery

Include your order number and reason for return

We will send you a return shipping label (deducted from refund unless item is defective)
Return shipping cost: Customer pays unless item arrived damaged or defective.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Refunds issued within 5–7 business days

Credited to your original payment method

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Fill out our support form within 7 days of delivery

Include photos of the damage

We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund if approved (Not including shipping)

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

Late or Missing Refunds
