30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your KOV COFFEE purchase. If you don't, you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Must include all accessories and parts

  • Proof of purchase (order number) required

Non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale / clearance items (clearly marked)

  • Products damaged by misuse


How to Request a Refund

  1. Fill out our support form within 30 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. We will send you a return shipping label (deducted from refund unless item is defective)

Return shipping cost: Customer pays unless item arrived damaged or defective.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds issued within 5–7 business days

  • Credited to your original payment method

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Fill out our support form within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the damage

  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund if approved (Not including shipping)


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Request a refund for the original item


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement

  2. Contact your bank (processing times vary)

  3. Fill out our support form if you still need help
