Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Note: During high-volume periods (new product launches, holidays), processing may take 3–5 business days. We'll notify you if delays occur.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • Shipping method selected

  • Total order weight

Free shipping offers: Promotions (e.g., "Free shipping on orders over $100") apply to standard shipping only and are valid only for contiguous US addresses unless otherwise stated.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

If your tracking number isn't working after 3 business days, please fill out our support form (link below) and we'll assist you.


4. International Shipping & Customs

KOV COFFEE ships worldwide.

However, please note:

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are not included in our shipping charges. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Customs policies vary by country. Contact your local customs office for estimated fees before ordering.

  • We cannot undervalue orders or mark them as "gifts" to avoid customs fees. This is illegal and unfair to other customers.

Delays: International orders may be delayed by customs. Once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over customs processing times.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Lost in transit: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please wait 2 business days (sometimes carriers mark early). Then fill out our support form — we'll file a claim on your behalf.

  • Stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages stolen after "delivered" status. Please use a secure shipping address (e.g., work address, locker, or doorbell camera).

  • Carrier delays: Weather, holidays, and global logistics issues happen. We cannot refund shipping costs for carrier-caused delays.

If your package has not moved in 15+ business days, fill out our support form. We'll investigate and replace or refund if necessary.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you realize you made a mistake:

  • Fill out our support form immediately with your order number and corrected address.

  • If your order hasn't shipped yet, we will update it for free.

  • If your order has already shipped, you may need to pay a redirect fee (if the carrier allows it) or the package may be returned to us. You will be responsible for reshipping costs.


7. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to us because:

  • The address was wrong

  • You refused delivery

  • You did not pick it up from the post office/customs

We will contact you via the email you provided. You may choose:

  • Reshipment: You pay the shipping fee again

  • Refund: We refund the product cost (minus original shipping fees)


8. Damaged in Transit

If your KOV COFFEE product arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the box and the damaged product

  2. Fill out our support form within 7 days of delivery

  3. Include your order number and attach the photos

We will send a replacement or issue a refund as soon as possible.
